Dear All,
Have to rebuild some SL6 WN & Dr K here says using WN software from /cvmfs
is a good idea - nothing to install, he says not even HEP_OSlibs_SL6, it's
all in /cvmfs. Simple to use:
/etc/profile.d/00_grid.sh for non-root account does
source /cvmfs/grid.cern.ch/umd-sl6wn-test/etc/profile.d/setup-wn-example.sh
Sounds cool!
https://www.gridpp.ac.uk/wiki/EMITarball a useful page, Thanks Matt!
What about glexec.conf? We had to do some fiddling with whitelist in
glexec.conf to get our site to work since we don't have ops pilot
accounts, just opssgm.
/cvmfs/grid.cern.ch/umd-sl6wn-test/etc/glexec.conf doesn't exist, nor
/cvmfs/grid.cern.ch/etc/glexec.conf
So do we still need our own /etc/glexec.conf?
(it's said glexec is "going away" but if rebuild WN this/next week, glexec
still needed till it isn't) (whenever that'll be)
Grateful for advice!
