Dear experts,
Part of the following question has been asked earlier (not answered). Sorry to raise them again. I understand that FSL experts are very busy. Thank you for your attention.
I ran FLICA on a sample of 41 subjects. Each subject had a DTI (FA) map, an fsl VBM (GM) map, two freesurfer (thickness and area) map and two fMRI (resting state component; obtained by MELODIC and dual regression) maps. “num_components” was set to be 10; opts.lambda_dims was turned off, or I'll get an over-fitted model (all components 100% explained VBM; two flat lines in the per-subject noise estimate close to 0).
1. The values of pseudo-Z-statistic of freesurfer modality is very low (-0.112 ~ 0.019), even in a component where it had a 40% weight. Why is this?
2. In the two application papers of FLICA, the percentage of total variance explained by each components were reported. How would I get that information?
Any comments or suggestions are much appreciated.
