Hi there Justin,
I’ve run your data through the development version of eddy, and I think the alignment of the shells looks good. It is a little hard to say with the b0 vs the dwis, but it looks good to me.
You didn’t send me any results that you were unhappy with, so I haven’t been able to compare. The alignment between shells is something I have been working on lately, so there is a good chance that the development version does a bit better. I have put shell means in my dropbox and I will send you an invite separately. Please let me know if you think they look better than the results you have gotten.
The 5.10 release of eddy was frozen quite a long time ago, so it doesn’t have any of the recent stuff I have been working on. I will release a patch similar to the 5.09 patch reasonably soon and then you will have the shell alignment you see in data I sent you (provided you think it looks good).
