Hi
You can use your waypoint masks as classification targets (—targetmasks option). You then get one output per target called seeds_to_<nameOfYourTarget>. The waytotal for that target can be obtained by running "fslstats -M -V” and multiplying the two numbers you get.
If you also want to visualise the fdt_paths separately for each target, you can add the option —otargetpaths (a hidden option).
Cheers,
Saad

The goal I'm trying to achieve is to calculate the total number of generated tracts from ONE seed ROI to MULTIPLE target ROIs. For example, for one seed and 5 targets, I'd like to know if there is a way of counting 5 waytotals (each target as individual waypoint) instead of running 5 instances using each target as a waypoint. Thanks in advance!
