Lars, the current APs (see the DXWG home page) are all for datasets.
Negotiation by profile can most likely be generic since it will probably
be done through a name or identifier. The definition of an AP, however,
looks quite different when it defines a dataset rather than the data in
the set's members. These are questions that hopefully the group will
tease out early in its tenure, which, btw, begins tomorrow.
