Is there any best practice for getting the CCP4 and CCP-EM software suites to co-exist happily on the same machine? Are they supposed to be installed separately or on top of each other?
I notice that the environment variables for both suites overlap (CCP4, CLIB, CETC, CLIBD, CBIN, etc.). Could this cause conflict, or are the contents of the directories they point to duplicated between the two sets of software?
