On Tuesday 04 July 2017, UCL will run a short course: Introduction of Job Shop Scheduling Technique for Railway Traffic Control
http://www.ucl.ac.uk/railway-research/JSSCourse
The course, to be delivered by Dr Andrea D'Ariano of Rome Tre University, Birmingham University and UCL, will provide an opportunity to those who are interested in railway traffic optimisation algorithm to understand the basics of it. We welcome people who probably do not do actual programming but are interested in how it works from the management viewpoint. (Since we don't intend to make money, we just request participants to pay for their lunch (and admin fees)).
We would be grateful if you could join this course. Also, we would be grateful if you could forward this information to your colleagues, research staff and students.
Best wishes
