Can you raise a CA Helpdesk ticket and include all "the usual" information that'll give me a chance of tracking this down:
The certificate DN and certificate ID (note another common reason for a missing email is a double renewal and then there will be no reminder when the first is expiring)
The date you got the email
The email address you were expecting to get the reminder on
