Dear FSL-Experts,
I ran two analyses in RANDOMISE and would like to create a mask of overlapping areas that remain significant in both analyses. When I view the results of both anayses separately in FSLView, there seem to be significant clusters after thresholding by setting the display range to 0.95/1.0. And some of these significant areas for the individual analyses seem to overlap. However, I am not sure how to correctly threshold these tfce_corrp maps in fslmaths in order to get binary masks for both analyses containing only voxels with p>.05 (FWE-corrected). Referring to the RANDOMISE FSL Wiki, I tried
rand_tfce_corrp_tstat1 -thr 0.95 -bin -mul rand_tstat1 rand_thresh_tstat1
but this results in "empty masks" with no voxels surviving.
Could you give me a hint how I can create binary masks of *thresholded* tfcs_corrp maps?
Sorry if this is a very naive question!
Thank you very much in advance,
Susanne
