Hi Experts:
I am running FIX v.1.065 (with MCR and R version 3.2.3), as part of using the HCP pipeline ICA-FIX. I cannot get FIX to generate a fix4melview_TRAIN_thr.txt. I assume that is the reason I get the message:
No valid labelling file specified
My exact question was posted in 2014, and the relevant expert (I believe it was Steve Smith) cited the FIX WIKI page as providing the answer to the question. However, I don’t see how it helps.
Details of the problem:
As suggested in the FIX/FAQ page, I checked my log files and found:
• logMatlab.txt file :
{ Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: /usr/local/fsl/etc/matlab.}
{ > In path at 110
In startup at 1}
{ Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: /usr/local/fmrib/fmt.}
{ > In path at 110
In startup at 2}
• .fix_2b_predict.log file:
Error in ctreefit(object = object, controls = controls, weights = weights, :
no slot of name "remove_weights" for this object of class "TreeGrowControl"
Calls: eval -> eval -> <Anonymous> -> ctreefit -> .Call
Execution halted
I have attempted to run with the “FIXVERSION” variable (in settings.sh) set to “1.065” and “1.06.” Neither works.
Could you provide advice that is a little more specific than the FIX/FAQ web page? That paragraph is a bit elliptical…
Thanks very much,
Christina Fales
