Yes, I believe I am using the correct binary mask. I should further add that I initially ran qboot without specifying the optional --npeaks argument, and the program ran successfully. So, it works for the default 2 peaks for voxel setting. However, like I stated in my previous email, I need to be able to specify 3 peaks per voxel in qboot, but when I try to do that, I get the aforementioned error message. So, I'm lost as to what to do.
Please let me know how I should proceed.
