Dear Gunjan and Ben,
If you want to extract some data from a cluster (raw data or betas), you
can just do a right click in the glass brain and choose the "extract
data" option.
If you want to get the data from this cluster that are also in a given
Brodmann area, then you would first create a mask of the intersection by
saving a mask image of the cluster (save > current cluster option in the
interactive window) then using ImCalc with this image and the Brodmann
atlas from the wfupickatlas toolbox with expression 'i1 & i2 == xx'
where xx is the index of the Brodmann area in the atlas.
Finally you would call spm_summarise() on this final mask with the image
files you want to extract data from.
Best regards,
Guillaume.
