Is anybody else encountering problems getting things done at Sage?
We subscribe to Sage Premier, and use the UK Access Management Federation to authenticate. Since January, this has not worked properly. We asked Sage what the problem was, and they 'fixed' it by transferring us to the Open Athens federation instead, which does allow access, but has confused our readers considerably. We asked them to switch us back to the UK Access Management Federation and they said they could not find our details. The janet helpdesk (for the UK Access Management Federation) says these details are available to Sage on the JISC website and offered to help Sage find it.
We passed this information back to Sage, but they still have not switched our authentication back to what we want, and are no longer answering any of our emails.
Does anyone have a reliable contact there for us to talk to please?
