Dear colleagues -

Apologies for cross-posting, but wanted to ask for some collegial support - we are launching a new MA in Diversity and Organisational Change at Middlesex University Business School (and two pathways in Diversity and Change). We are a critical school and I think the new program is excellent, so we are really hoping to recruit.
So if you know any BA students looking for postgraduate study in this area or any practitioners wishing to advance their knowledge and career development – please pass on this information:

MA Diversity and Organisational Change
(and a more specialist program –
MA/PGDip/PGCert Organisational Change
MA/PGDip/PGCert Diversity Management)

MA Diversity and Organisational Change management is
•	The first and only course of its kind in the UK to combine the two highly topical areas of diversity and change, giving graduates a unique advantage in the workplace
•	A strong element of integrating theory and practice and focusing interventions on all modules within the course
•	Taught by academics who have a strong understanding of and links with learning, development and coaching communities
•	A highly critical approach, enabling students to evaluate policies and practices based on the most recent and relevant theory and research
•	Studying in a stimulating and highly diverse environment in a campus university in vibrant London

All three programs are aimed at equipping students with knowledge and practical skills in analyzing, strategically planning and solving issues related to managing organisational change and diversity in large and small organisations in public, private and third sector. The programs are designed for both recent graduates looking to forge a career in the field as well as for current HR professionals who want to progress in their career and master a new field of knowledge. The course explores organisational change at various levels – individual, organisational and social and examines different perspectives on managing change and diversity from social, psychological, legal and policy and HR perspectives.

The structure of the course ensures that students get basic knowledge of core concepts and theories by taking two core modules, but it also gives students the choice to specialize in an area that is of most interest by taking one of the eight optional modules on the program. The course is conveniently timetables over two days a week and is well suited for full-time as well as part-time students.
