All,
In the ARGOS monitoring system, all the ARC sites are grey, and have
been for a very long time.

Some ARC sites that are not grey would be, but the have some other CE
(CREAM) that is masking it, so they look green.

But, alas, there is nothing we can do here; it affects the whole country.
What's the best thing to do? Does it matter? Anybody got any tips?
