Hi SPM Users,
I have been using the SUIT toolbox, and wanted to put some ROIs into individual subject space, and as such have been attempting to use the suit_reslice_inv function. The initial isolation and normalization steps have worked perfectly. However, when running the inverse function, I keep running into an error as follows:
Running job #1

Of note, I'm using SPM12, and for now I've been testing through the SUIT toolbox in SPM. I've tried googling the error, but haven't found any results that are especially applicable based on examples I've found (not neuroimaging data). I'm not sure that I'm using the correct files for images to write, I have been using wsuit_mc_<name>_nii. Thank you in advance for any advice you may have.
Best Wishes,
Kamal
