Dear all,

Pleased to inform that there's an update to the SST for QGIS.

The main feature of this update is the ability to run segment angular
analysis using segment maps (or road centre lines) as input, skipping
the conversion from axial to segment map. As discussed earlier on this
list, that conversion would result in an incorrect and disconnected map.
The new feature emulates the process in depthmap of loading a map and
converting it straight to a segment map. In SST you just need to check a
box to indicate that the input map is a segment map, and do the rest of
the analysis as usual.

This new feature requires that you update depthampXnet, announced
earlier by Tasos Varoudis on the space syntax mailing list. Please
download version 0.35 for your system from:
http://archtech.gr/varoudis/depthmapX/?dir=depthmapXnet

SST 0.1.6 has been uploaded to the QGIS plugins repository earlier
today, and will be available via QGIS Plugins Manager in the coming days.

Any problems or questions please post to this list or add the issue on
the github repository.

Best regards,
Jorge
