Hi,
We maintain an online SHR system separate from the OH paper records.
It is set up to alert the manager by email the surveillance has been done and he can click a link to view the record
This system has been in place for past 2 years and is quick and easy to do and the database is held on secure server.
This way the records are centrally held and does not rely on individual managers to hold their records
Kind regards
Sue
