Dear FSL experts,
I have resting state fMRI data (TR = 2 sec, each image has 180 volumes). I have images for 120 subjects and each subject has only one run (6 minutes). I want to analyse this data using fsl/feat, I highly appreciate if you answer my questions:
1. What type of fMRI analyses can be done with this data, given that I have one run per subject. (i.e. seed based?, group comparison?, .. ). What are your recommendations in this case?
2. One run per subject. Is this an impact? how can this affect the results?
3. I have differences between my images in TR. Some images has TR=2 sec others TR =2.01 and some images were acquired using TR =2.0075. Given these small differences in TR I have differences in the total number of volumes for every run ranges between (180-184). Is it ok to include images that are different in the total number of volumes in the same analysis?
4. What is the recommended minimum number of volumes for each run. e.g. ~100 volumes is it acceptable?
I highly appreciate if you share your experience and provide your valuable advice.
