Dear FSL Experts,
I've been trying to run a Higher Level analysis for the same subject
using two runs of an fMRI paradigm. In the first run, we have two
conditions (A, B) and in the second another two (C, D). Therefore my
initial design matrix for run 1 and 2 consists of A B C D where C and D
are set to be empty in the first scan, and A and B empty in the second.
I am running a voxel based thresholding here.
So far all is good. The trouble is in the HLA analysis for combining
both sessions 1 and 2 for the subject. I get the following error in the
log for my first cope contrast, before the analysis stops:
echo 0 > thresh_zstat1.vol
zstat1: DLH=nan VOLUME=0 RESELS=nan

(file "/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/feat" line 309)

I've actually been getting this error when running other Higher Level
analyses as well using different subjects. Could it be related to my
data? Or an OS issue? Im running Ubuntu 14 since I tried installing FSL
on 16.10 but kept getting dependency errors.
My end goal is to do a third HLA using the cope outputs.
Thanks for the help!
