Dear Exparts,
I have the task-fMRI data, and I am focusing on one seed that is too small area.
The seed is too small, so I will have made the mask per subject .
Then, 1st-level analysis is done, and I have mean of cope et varcope in this seed by the command like " fslstats -k mask -M cope1"
I will do group-analysis with mixed effects (within-subjects) , I want to get group mean with covariate (par example age).
However flameo command can analysis the image data per voxel, but the masks are shifted a little.
I want to analysis like flameo in other software (R, MATLAB or Octave).
Please tell me how to do flameo, or numerical formula and which parameter I should substitude cope and varcope for.
y = mu + age + subject(mixed) (1)
I think cope is subscribed for y in (1), but I do not know which varcope is subscribed.
Or, y is sammpled from cope and varcope?
I do not know how MCMC sammple is done in flameo.
Thanks.
