One can rotate/translate residue fragments, chains or whole molecules (depending on which
toolbar sub-button you press).
I don't understand what is happening here, but, as a general rule for moving around
arbitrary molecular fragments, I make a new molecule by Copy Fragment (and possibly use
Merge molecule for multiple fragments), move the copy to where I want it, then Replace
Fragment (//) to the original molecule.
