After Daniela brought this to my attention I'm working on remedying the
lack of the fts-transfer commands in the cvmfs UI. The fts3-client
package doesn't appear to be in the UI metapackage, it just has the fts2
clients in still (aka the soon to be defunct glite-transfer-*). Adding
them into the tarball is easy enough, I'll open up a change request
ticket for the UI metapackage to keep things proper elsewhere.
Cheers,
Matt
