> Files with extension .mat are read as if they had been created using FEAT or the command Glm,
My apologies, I realise my first e-mail wasn’t clear. These .mat files were generated using Text2Vest from my own text files - hence my surprise that PALM/Matlab would even try to read them as Matlab files.
I was about to say that the files loaded and PALM ran correctly, but unfortunately it has just crashed at the following point:
[Combining modalities and all contrasts]
Saving file: /home/misko/Data/LPS_MARGOT/stats_weight_palm/r_vox_npc_fisher
Error using >=
Matrix dimensions must agree.
Error in palm_core (line 2458)
(Ttfce{j} >= plm.Ttfce{j});
Error in palm (line 81)
palm_core(varargin{:});
What information might help debug this? This was a 1-group correlation analysis against a covariate on 3 different modalities - volume change (log jacobians), T1 & T2 maps. The design matrix was the same for each, except that volume change had an extra column for total brain volume as a nuisance covariate. There were the same number of volumes in each input file. The command line looked like:
palm-alpha102/palm -o /stats_palm/r -i log_jacobian.nii -d log_jacobian.mat -t log_jacobian.con -i T1.nii -d /home/misko/Data/LPS_MARGOT/stats_weight_palm/mregD1_T1.mat -t T1.con -i T2.nii -d T2.mat -t T2.con -npcmod -npccon -n 500 -accel tail -fdr -nouncorrected -T -twotail
I have realised I didn’t specify masks, I will rerun again with them included.
Thanks in advance,
Toby
