Dear all
I am wondering if colleagues can recommend any 'how to guides' that have been written *for scientists/experts* (as opposed to practitioners) in the specific, relatively-controlled context of 'public dialogue'.
As colleagues will be aware, this might include the following kinds of activities:
1. Preparation
2. Doing a short public presentation
3. Answering public questions
4. Engaging in dialogue
5. Difficult situations
Thank you for any ideas you may have.

Best wishes
