Hi
I read on jiscmail, that after running topup it's recommended to use now the eddy tool instead of applytopup.
Does this also hold true for mri data, which arent based on DTI? without bvec and bval information?
Because I also work with 2 different phase encoding scans (AP and PA) with 2 volumes each,
I started to run topup and giving those information to the eddytool instead.
Because I dont use DTI data , I set my bval and bvec to 0.
The error i receive is: terminate called after throwing an instance of 'EDDY:EddyException'
Do you have any advices what I did wrong or if it is also good to use eddy, when not dealing with DTI data
Best regards
Jan
