Hi,
Our regular file integrity checks have discovered a file in the storage system which is 0 bytes in size. The file is:
/castor/ads.rl.ac.uk/prod/vo.dirac.ac.uk/DiRAC/tape/epcc.ed.ac.uk/dirac1/home/z99/z99/lindaslatestfiles
Because it is 0 bytes in size, it has failed the file integrity check.
Can you confirm that this file is supposed to be 0 bytes.
If this is correct, then all is OK. We can ignore the warnings.
If the file is supposed to have content, then there is a problem. Can you delete the file stored in Castor at RAL and then re-import it.
Either way can you let me know.
regards,
John Kelly
