I've probably not picked the correct attribute to use an anchor (I
picked sourceAnchor). Given I can't get Get-MSOLDevice working and can't
find any documentation (is it just hiding?) - any idea what is a good
(ie usable) anchor to use for Devices?

Yeah, we are aware -- our model doesn't allow us to simply move to
AADConnect at the moment (coupled with not really liking having multiple
places which control identity data flow - taking that up with MSFT
separately) and we need to get off the existing MA before April.
