Dwi ddim wedi dod ar ei draws, ond dwi'n meddwl y byddwn i'n defnyddio 'cyfradd briwo' neu 'cyfradd crafu'.

Subject: grind rate
Pryhawn da,
Oes rhywun wedi dod ar draws "grind rate" o'r blaen? Mae'n ymwneud â beiciau modur. Dyma'r darn:
Grind rates are measured in ‘per inch, per second’ – the larger the grind rate value, the better the protection.
Bone offers relatively poor protection (but if you’re down to the bone, it’s too late in any case).
It is pointless wearing traditional denim (e.g. jeans), you might as well ride naked, particularly if you’re planning on going above 10mph.
Textile and leather are better, but the higher the speed, the less protection they offer.
Kevlar offers the best protection against injuries arising from slides at any speed.
Diolch ymlaen llaw am unrhyw gymorth.
Cofion,
Meinir
