Thank Guillaume for this precious info.
Is it a way now to have access to the results of a query in neuromorphometrics atlas thought a Matlab variable or a .txt export readable by Excel ?
Thank again.

Dear Marieke,
When you right click on a peak coordinates, it will display the corresponding label for that given location in the atlas and a subsequent menu will list the proportions of the intersecting regions with a 10mm radius sphere centred around that location.
When you right click on a cluster size, it will list the proportions of the intersection of the corresponding cluster with the regions defined in the atlas.
Best regards,
Guillaume.
