Hi Xue,
The pixel size must be off. You can manually set it in the postprocessing
jobtype, which you should probably run anyway after running 3D
auto-refine. Anyway, if the difference is very large, perhaps something
went different from what you thought and you should check carefully the
pixel size at each step. Dividing rlnDetectorPixelSize (in micron) by the
rlnMagnification in the STAR files gives the pixel size you're after.
