Subject: Re: Course Copy affecting TII student accounts with BB Basic Integration
Good morning.
We experienced a similar issue - we expired all the previous academic years Turnitin assignments during Summer 2016 so our student count was as close to zero as possible. Once the academic year started we noticed that a number of these expired classes had become active again and we also presumed that this was due to course copies being done by staff so we had to expire those older classes a second time. Turnitin Support said that " Course Copies create new classes and shouldn't extend a class life of a previously expired course".
Thanks
Iain

Apologies for the cross post.
Just curious to know if anyone has experienced a rise in the use of TII student accounts when the course copy feature in Bb has been used where assessments have been copied. Based on our student list in Turnitin, we believe this might cause old student accounts to count against our student account number in TII.
Many thanks,
Kristen
