Megan,
Spm12 comes with a normalized Neuromorphometrics atlas, which is
stored in the spm12/tpm directory.
Assuming all images are normalized, there are two ways to search for
the structure at a particular MNI address:
Display functional results, choose overlay 'sections', and press
cntl-mouse (on a mac)
with the cursor on an image area, and choose Display -> Labels ->
neuromorphometrics.
Now click anywhere and the anatomic label for the cursor location is displayed.
OR
Type the MNI address directly in the matlab window:
disp(spm_atlas('query','Neuromorphometrics',[0 0 0]'));
Hope this helps!
Jim
