Dear SPM community,
Within our PET analysis pipeline, we would like to transform Atlases back to the original subject space.
Today the pipeline is as follows :
Isotropic T1
|
v
Unif Seg process
|
v
Individual TPM in "DARTEL import" space
|
v
DARTEL (using templates TPM in MNI space, not TPMs in study space)
|
v
Inv warp applied to Atlas
|
v
Atlas in "DARTEL import" space
At this stage I am bit uncertain :
Should the inverse Affine transform present in the *_seg8.mat file be applied as such to the Atlas ?
%
MM = spm_get_space(OutVolDetails.fullImageDataFilename);
spm_get_space(OutVolDetails.fullImageDataFilename,Affine*MM);
%
reslice_flags = struct('mask', 1,'mean',0,'which',1,'wrap',[0 0 0],'interp',7);
spm_reslice(char(RefVolDetails.fullImageDataFilename,OutVolDetails.fullImageDataFilename),reslice_flags);
%
My first attempts of doing so were not conclusive, making me wonder if the "DARTEL Import" space is really an affine transform of the original space. Any advice is welcome.
Thanks in advance.
Christopher
