I checked the DSA-QAG Quality Assurance Framework and as you observe Natalya, there is nothing that stipulates AT providers must provide interpreters or deliver training in BSL if required for Deaf students to access the training. If it was a requisite than the current pricing bands would surely reflect the obviously higher costs for delivering more specialist training in 'different formats.'
I intend to escalate this using the exceptional cases procedure and will inform you of the outcome.
