Dear FSL experts,
I have worked through the rsfMRI connectivity practical and am working on my own connectivity analysis using group melodic followed by dual-regression and FSLnets, but I am hoping that you can clarify the process of network node estimation in FSLnets. Briefly,
1) How does FSLnets use the artifact-pruned IC's from group-MELODIC (say, ~20 clean RSN's) to spatially define network nodes?
2) Would it be possible to use the nodes produced by FSLnets in combination with fslmaths and flirt/applywarp to parcellate equivalent structural nodes from a segmented T1 image?
