Hello,
I using FSL on a Mac.
I installed the Condor for Parallel processing. The idea is to use the multiple cores of a single computer. Everything is OK.
When I use the condor through the traditional method, using condor_submit command, I see the "jobs" in Condor_q.
However, even though I have defined the variable FSLPARALLEL = condor, when I do fslvbm_2_template, the "fsl_sub" does not seem to call the condor: nothing appears in condor_q.
Anyone have any idea what might be happening?
