Dear FSL experts,
I am doing surface and volume based statistics using PALM. I already ran my analysis without TFCE, since with the TFCE options it takes like a million year and a hafl to complete. The -log(p) surface maps looks just fine, with nice natural clusters, but the volume maps are a bit noisier. I was wondering if there was any way of performing TFCE post-PALM, maybe using the raw t-stat files from PALM, and converting to p-values? Or maybe I could/should use some other form of clustering?
Thanks,
JF
