I could probably replicate Martino et al 2013 better, having a much larger sample size and with better patient selection (they just had 20 MCI which aren't even guaranteed to convert later to the same pathology, so it's not a surprise that they found very small peaks to begin with).
However, I'm very curious about this:

Can PET images be processed by DARTEL? I used to believe they couldn't.
BTW, as a PET guy with little experience in MRI, where can I get the basis of all the exact differences between unified segmentation/normalization, VBM and DARTEL?
