Hello FSL users,
I am working with DTI images of a control group and have some doubts. I have preprocessed DTI images with FSL commands (eddy_correct, bet, fslmaths for applying a mask,...), used Diffussion Toolkit (dtk) for reconstruction and tracking, and Trackvis to see aslant tracks. I noticed aslant tracks (and others) are highly irregular despite being a control group. For instance, one subject has an right aslant of 700 tracks/fibers while another has 35, 100 or 150 tracks.
Is this situation usual despite being a control group? I believe I did all step right (commands, parameters, etc.) but maybe some not.
Thank you in advance
Best regards,
Jose
