but I have a doubt:
My standard image is in radiological view, and when I open FSLVIEW the image is shown as:
R L
When I open my subject's native image (it is in neurological), I always have:
R L
I know that FSLVIEW shows the images in RADIOLOGICAL view, is it correct?
Therefore, when I want to visualize my native image, the L position in the viewer is not correct. In other word, the left part of the brain is where I have R. Is it correct?
However, maybe, is it better to use 'fslorient' with my native images in order to have the correct visualization in FSLVIEW?
