Ah yes, thank you for correcting my error! The command executed perfectly after updating the file.
Follow-up questions:
1. If I wanted to conduct a whole brain analysis using randomise, I assume I would still want to utilize the mask option?
2. This was my first time using randomise. For future reference, when we have multiple runs of a task for each study visit, would I still be using copes from 1stLevel reg_standard/stats directory, then concatenating runs for each subject before subtraction / merge to 4D? Or could I use files from a 2nd level analysis / .gfeat cope dir?
