Hi,
when I try to run FEAT on Ubuntu 16.04, the program is writing zeros (the byte 0, not the char "0") at a rate of about 100 MB per second into the file report_log.html until all disk space is filled up. It starts doing so at about 15 seconds after invocation.
I use Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS, 64bit, with all current updates. FSL version is 5.0.9. from neurodebian.
The problem occurred with different configurations of FEAT (preprocessing, statistic, etc.).
