Salary: £29,301 - £31,076 per annum, with progression to £38,183

The School of English Literature, Language and Linguistics is seeking to appoint a postdoctoral Research Associate to work with Professor
Michael Rossington on the fifth and final volume of The Poems of Shelley in the Longman Annotated English Poets series. Your role is to
assist in the preparation of the final manuscript of the volume for hand-over to the series editors and the publisher (Routledge).
Successful candidates must have the ability to achieve the highest standards of accuracy in literary scholarship. You will be required to
prepare annotation and establish texts of specific poems under the direction of the PI, to maintain a database and to share in the
administration of the project. You must be qualified to doctoral level in English Literature (or literature in English and other languages) of the
period 1700 to 1850. Familiarity with the protocols of textual editing is desirable.
