Hello,
I have a text file, 607x3, of 607 coordinates in MNI 1mm space that are a region of interest obtained from fMRI data (not done in FSL). I want to create a binary mask (.nii) from these coordinates.
I am trying to use fslascii2img for this, but am confused about the arguments and am unable to find very much help when I search. The input is a textfile, output is a niftii, tsize is 1 I assume, and TR from the fMRI data is 2.2 but I don't think that matters here as the coordinates are already in x, y, z format.
What I am confused about is the other 6 arguments, xsize, xdim, ysize, ydim, zsize, and zdim. Are these supposed to be the dimensions of the entire space of the image (size of the MNI brain itself) or are they supposed to be the size of the ROI that I'm trying to draw? Or something else?
I tried using 12, 15, and 6, because those are the max(X) - min(X), and Y, and Z respectively. This threw an error because 12*15*6 != 607*3. So what are the arguments that it actually would want me to use?
Thank you very much!
