Hi Kristen,
Weıve had institution-wide mandatory online assignment submission since
mid-2013. Itıs still up to academics how they provide feedback but
certainly they have to set up their own assignment links (up to them
whether this is Bb Learn or Turnitin assignments) and gather submissions
in this way (unless what is being assessed cannot bet uploaded, e.g. A
physical object or large and complex file types, e.g. Final Cut/Adobe
Premier projects).
