WEBSITE: www.pacificspectroscopy.org
BREAKING NEWS: Thanks to the generosity of the Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU), the first 25 students or post-doctoral scientists who register for the 64th PCSD will have their registration fee reimbursed. To be eligible, you must give either a poster presentation or a contributed talk on your research. We encourage you to take advantage of these scholarships that make attending the PCSD more affordable.
Note: the deadline for submitting a Contributed Talk abstract is October 20, 2016.
No abstract is required for a poster presentation.
The Pacific Conference on Spectroscopy and Dynamics is an international forum exploring Molecular Spectroscopy, broadly interpreted, in both gas and condensed phases. In its 64th year, this 3-day, single session conference features invited and contributed talks, two poster sessions, and ample opportunities for discussion.
Situated at the Asilomar Conference Center in Pacific Grove, on the dramatic Pacific Coast of California, the venue provides an impressive, peaceful background for the meeting. As one of the longest running scientific conferences in the United States, the Pacific Conference on Spectroscopy and Dynamics provides a forum for dissemination and discussion of the latest results in the fields of chemistry, physics, and their confluence with biology.
