With the development of neuroethics which includes the ethical issues originating from advances in neuroscience, a number of very serious questions are beginning to arise relating to the creation of a direct interface or fusion between computers and the human brain as well as between the human mind and cyberspace.

In the light of this, the lecture will determine and address the momentous moral issues which are certain to develop in this field of cyber-neuro-ethics.
