There are usually two parties to a conflict. Either one can end it, but usually at some cost to themselves. Clinton hasn't brought us anywhere vis-a-vis Russia since the end of her tenure as S of S. As to those wikileaks, you and Trump may be the only doubters left. I'd say, to the general sentiment, that a nuclear confrontation with Russia is highly unlikely. But this is a silly place for us to be going over this.
