Hello wonderful people,
Thanks for helping others.
I have several TOCSY peaks which overlap with each other or are very close to each other. I am unable to distinguish those peaks and hence unable to assign them correctly. I use CCPNmr 2.4 version on my Mac.
I have a similar problem with a few NOESY peaks too. I tried using the peak separator, but I am getting this error when I click add region:
File "/Users/ankurjalan/Desktop/ccpnmr/ccpnmr2.4/python/cambridge/bayes/PeakSeparatorRegion.py", line 168, in getRegionParams
params.maxHeight = HEIGHT_MULTIPLIER * max(abs(block_file.minValue(first, last)), abs(block_file.maxValue(first, last)))
error: first[0] = 742 >= last[0] = 742
And when I click on separate peaks, I get this:
&&& C Library parameter maxHeight not set, aborting.
Can anyone kindly tell me how I can separate the peaks? Thanks in advance.
